Basra Steel Galvanizing Co. Ltd. is an Iraqi company specialising in metal finishing and hot-dip galvanizing. Our plant began operations in early 2021 in Hamden Industrial Area, Basra, with a focus on protecting steel against corrosion, extending its service life and preserving its appearance.

The plant combines European core machinery, carefully selected raw materials and skilled technical personnel. Galvanizing operations are monitored throughout the process, from surface preparation to final inspection, to meet agreed quality and specification requirements.

Our work spans oil and gas, refinery development and port facilities, including work within the Basrah Refinery Upgrading Project, oilfield locations and facilities in Umm Qasr.

Our commitment to customers begins with understanding their needs and listening to their feedback. We use that feedback to guide continuous improvement in performance, delivery times, workplace organisation and equipment maintenance, working to reduce downtime, deliver lasting value and build long-term relationships.
